Holly is a Santa Cruz local who grew up in Aptos, where the ocean and wildlife shaped her love for art from a young age. Fluid art has become her way of capturing that world — she works without paint brushes, using movement, layered pours, and hands‑on flow to guide each piece. Over time, she’s pushed the medium further by incorporating local sea life and native animals, creating artwork that reflects the place she calls home and the passion she’s carried her whole life.

Gary Blackburn Band based in Santa Cruz, CA., and the Monterey Bay brings their high energy roots rock based in the Rock, Country, Blues genres. The Gary Blackburn Band currently performs at music venues up and down the Central Coast and Bay Area, blending old school with contemporary, the band will weave a musical journey up on the stage, and you will be dancing! Fronted by Santa Cruz local, and celebrated veteran singer songwriter, Gary Blackburn, the band performs familiar rocking covers along with a few of Gary’s originals. You can hear one of Gary’s country tunes, “Carolina” on KPIG 107.5 Freedom, California. With Gary on guitar and lead vocals, the band also features, Sean Woodward, lead guitar, mandolin, harmony vocals, Kevin Taylor, keyboards, harmony vocals, Dan Waller, bass, harmony vocals, and Tom Duncan, drums. Join us for Community Music School’s annual fall fundraiser: a relaxed afternoon in our shaded beer garden, listening to live trad music. After the concert, stay for a traditional Irish session. All proceeds from ticket and food sales help fund Community Music School's youth programs, to keep them affordable for local families.

THE THIRSTY NINE (est. 1967 and still going!!!) plays traditional German Oktoberfest 'oompah' music and is an offshoot of the Watsonville Community Band. THE THIRSTY NINE dedicates all performance funds raised into providing scholarships for college music students. 5-7pm in the beer garden for Oktoberfest!!
